We are at the Sivas Agriculture Fair!
Doğa R&D Center participated in the Sivas Agriculture Fair held between September 4–8, 2018. Our bred potato varieties — Doruk, Kutup, Zirve, Bahar, Kaya, Volkan, and İlkmor — along with our seed production system based on tissue culture, were introduced during the event.
Seven local potato varieties were produced in Sivas.
In order to end foreign dependency in potato seed production, the General Directorate of Agricultural Enterprises (TİGEM), in cooperation with Doğa Seed, cultivated seven local seed potato varieties at the Ulaş Agricultural Enterprise. https://www.aa.com.tr/tr/ekonomi/sivasta-7-cesit-yerli-patates-uretildi/1258874
Visit to TTSMM and NAK
Dr. Sıtkı Ermiş and Ms. Güleda Öktem from the Seed Registration and Certification Center (TTSMM), together with Mr. Wim Sangster and Ms. Patricia Borst from the Dutch Naktuinbouw Organization, paid a technical visit to the facilities of Doğa Seed and Doğa R&D Center.
